GDPR (Effective from 25-5-18) is the most significant legislation regarding privacy and data protection in 20 years, and it is necessary to ensure that we gain new data protection and privacy consent from all Lullaby Lucy customers.

• Customer information that is provided will be stored for a period of 5 years.
• Only yours and your baby’s names are printed for the weekly registers and other relevant documents, the rest of your details are never printed out.
• Customer information that is held electronically is done so upon a secure storage with password protected access.
• Customers may be contacted via email or text message with details of the future classes. Please inform Lucy if you do not want to be contacted in the future.
• Customer data will never be shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
• Customers can request copies of the data Lullaby Lucy holds about them at any time.
• Customers may withdraw consent in the future regarding the way in which their data is stored and used.

Course Preparation:

Please tie long hair back

Please remove jewellery or tape rings

The room will be warm so please wear comfortable and removable layers

Please bring a blanket or towel from home with a familiar smell to Baby

Please feel free to bring a small cushion to sit on

Please don’t bring your own oil as other oils can cause reactions to your baby or someone else’s baby in the class.

Safety Guidelines:

• Lullaby Lucy will not ever diagnose a medical condition and you should always seek advice from a medical professional if you are concerned about you or your baby.
• If your baby is unwell, it is best not to attend the class. If your baby is crying excessively and cannot be comforted, he/she may be ill. Never practice on a distressed baby, or if your baby is limp, pale, has a temperature, or any difficulties breathing. Please seek appropriate medical help.
• Lullaby Lucy recommends to leave 48 hours after your baby’s immunisations before massaging.
• Cold Pressed Organic Sunflower Massage Oil is provided and extra is available to buy during the class. This is the best oil for baby massage as it is taste free, smell free and 100% natural. It is also SLS free, parabens free, lanolin free and mineral oil free.
• Patch tests are available on request as we do not allow other oils in the class.

Payments and Cancellations:

Payment:

Full Payment is required at time of booking. Spaces are limited on all of the courses, therefore please check availability before sending in payment. Payment is preferred via electronic bank transfer – Payment details will be emailed to you on receipt of your completed registration form. Once payment has been made your place on the course is secure.

Cancellations:

We reserve the right to cancel a course if there is a problem with the venue or the class size. In the event of cancellation, your course fee will be returned and will endeavour to offer you an opportunity to attend another course. If you wish to cancel your place before the course starts, you must give 21 days’ notice before the start date.

We are sorry but we cannot offer a refund for a missed class.

If we have to cancel a class, we will offer a pro rata refund for the cancel class(es) or replace the class at another time.

Social Media Policy

In order to ensure that everyone feels comfortable during the class, we ask that you adhere to the statements set out in this policy.

• Refrain from divulging any information about other children and parents within the class without permission from those involved
• Ensure that photographs or materials published on social networking sites do not identify other children or parents without permission from those involved
